1. Who we are
RV Life Coaching, founded by Dr. Rajitha Vanga, runs rajithavanga.com, rajithavanga.in, workshop.rajithavanga.in, our checkout pages and our iOS and Android app. Our address is 36/1, Vijaya Raghava Charier Road, Gandhi Road, Salem, Tamil Nadu 636007. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean RV Life Coaching.
2. What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, language and the program you're interested in. You share these when you fill a form, book the workshop or join a program.
- Payment details: when you pay, we receive your transaction ID, the amount and the date. Your card, UPI and bank details are handled by our payment partner. We never see or store them.
- Program details: your attendance in live sessions, and what you enter in our tools and apps. For example, your TFAB Score Card answers, Wheel of Life ratings, vision board, goals and progress.
- Messages: what you write to us on WhatsApp, by email or through the contact form.
- Website visit details: the pages you visit, the device and browser you use, and how you found us (for example, an ad or a link). We collect this through cookies and similar tools.
3. Why we use your information
- To give you what you signed up for: Zoom links, reminders, session timings and app access.
- To track attendance, give certificates and check refund requests.
- To answer your questions and help you.
- To send you updates and offers about our programs. You can ask us to stop these at any time.
- To improve our website, programs and ads.
- To keep the records the law requires, like GST invoices.
4. Live sessions and recordings
Our daily live sessions are recorded and saved in our app, so members can watch any session they missed. If you turn on your camera or speak during a session, you may appear in the recording. If you'd rather not, keep your camera off and type your questions in the chat. We will never use your face, voice or story in our ads, podcasts or website without asking you first.
5. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted services that help us run our programs, and only what they need:
- our payment partner, to process your payment
- Zoom, to run live sessions
- WhatsApp, email and SMS services, to send you messages
- our website, app, form and data tools, to store and manage your details
- advertising and analytics tools from Google and Facebook (Meta), to measure and improve our ads
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our members, our team or our rights.
6. Cookies
Cookies are small files saved in your browser. We use them to remember your language choice, see how people use our website and measure our ads on Google and Facebook. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work as well without them.
7. How we keep your information safe
We use trusted, secure services and limit who in our team can see your details. No online system is 100% safe, but we work hard to protect your information.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're in a program, and after that for as long as we need it to support you, handle refunds and follow the law. For example, tax and payment records must be kept for several years. When we no longer need your information, we delete it or remove anything that shows it's yours.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the personal information we have about you
- correct anything that's wrong
- delete your information, unless the law says we must keep it
- stop sending you marketing messages

10. Age
Our programs are for people aged 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has shared details with us, contact us and we'll delete them.
11. Links to other websites
Our website links to other sites, like YouTube, Instagram and our payment partner. Their own privacy policies apply there.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date at the top.
